Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days after delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. This form is enough: you will receive an immediate acknowledgement, which serves as proof.

It appears in your confirmation email.

You are under no obligation to give a reason. It just helps us improve.

What happens next

  1. You receive an acknowledgement by email, within a minute.
  2. We reply within 48 hours with the return address.
  3. You return the item within fourteen days, in its original condition.
  4. Refund is issued within fourteen days of receiving the return, including the original shipping cost.

Unsealed recordings and digital content already downloaded are excluded from the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L.221-28).
